Meet the Doctor

Dr. Michaela McKenzieDr. Michaela McKenzie is a highly respected cosmetic dentist who practices healthy, biological techniques. She discovered her artistic talent and love of creating beauty early in life. Her father, a renowned engraver, was known around the world for his exceptional work, attention to detail, and inherent ability to make designs come alive. He was commissioned by heads of state, including the Queen of England, and he helped Michaela develop her inherited artistic talent, and passion for perfection.

Dr. McKenzie is a native of London, and she has lived and studied in Germany, under a scholarship earned for academic excellence. She attended University of Arizona, where she earned degrees in biochemistry and in German. She also completed several research projects at the respected Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health, before going on to attend Creighton University School of Dentistry, where she earned her DDS degree.

From the beginning of her studies, Dr. McKenzie knew that she wanted to incorporate her artistic talents into her dental practice, and create truly dazzling smiles. She joined the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry while still in dental school, making her one of two members in the State of Nebraska at the time.

A firm believer in the power of knowledge and experience, Dr. McKenzie has completed numerous post-graduate training courses, attended lectures, and collaborated with other dentists to share ideas and experiences. What Our Patients Say About Us

left quote

I found Dr. Mckenzie while I was looking for natural dentistry. I was nervous to go to a new dentist after I have seen my old one for almost 18 years. I found Dr. Mckenzie to be a very thoughtful professional, considerate and sweet. I can’t believe the difference in my mouth since I started seeing her. I trust her skills and the way she looks at the mouth. She is very thoughtful and honestly at 53 I want someone who takes the time to really give me her best professional opinion. I can’t believe I’m switching dentist but I am. I really love her whole philosophy and how much she cares about her profession and her patients. I say give it a try if you are looking for change. Your mouth will thank you!

Attention All Patients

Dear valued patients,

I am writing to inform you that our dental office has been forced to shut down temporarily due to a burst pipe that caused a serious flood in our office. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we want to assure you that we are working diligently to repair the damages and get our office back up and running as soon as possible.

In the meantime, any dental issues or emergencies will need to be addressed at another dental office. I recommend contacting Crabapple Dental at 678-319-0123
